Meet Your CHW Teachers

Torrian Scott has more than two decades of leadership experience across ministry, business, and nonprofit work. He is the Founder and CEO of Mastery Advisory Group, which provides executive leadership coaching, strategic advisory services, and corporate training. He also leads Harvest Community Impact, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on community well-being. He trains providers in the CalAIM Community Supports process, and he works closely with Community Health Workers and Case Managers serving Southern California communities.

Torrian builds learning experiences that lead to action. He takes complex material and turns it into practical, people-centered training that helps learners build confidence and serve their communities well.

Torrian holds a degree in business management from Oral Roberts University, where he now serves on the Alumni Board of Directors. He is the author of Running After Destiny and Faith, Friendships, and Business. He is based in Southern California.

Community Health Worker

Jessa Sanchez is a Community Health Worker with experience in resource navigation, housing assistance, and connecting individuals and families to health and social services. She is passionate about promoting health education, empowering individuals to make informed decisions, and helping communities overcome barriers to accessing essential resources. Through her work, she hopes to encourage, educate, and support others in improving their overall health and well-being.
